Seeking Help for Weight Loss and Digestive Issues - #46424

Hello! I have been having unintentional weight loss, bloating, gas and pain after meals and some constipation. Doctors diagnosed with chronic gastritis (h pylori treated) and IBS. I also suffer from anxiety. Please help on some tips and solutions!
