Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Liv 52 DS 1-0-1 Ashwagandha rishta 20ml twice after meal. Tab.Erandbhrushta Haritaki 0-0-2 With lukewarm water at bedtime. Follow up after 2 weeks.
