Concerns About Weight Loss, Pain, and Digestive Issues - #46517

I am 37 years old woman, I was obese in my teens. I lost weight with diet control and movement. I did weight training also. In 2022 I got married that caused me cervical nerve pain, sciatica and later after separation I suffered severe migraine and now I have been diagnosed with 1st stage knee osteoarthritis. My gut is in bad shape. I started taking fennel, ginger and cumin powder that helped a lot with bloating but I have severe constipation and stool comes with fresh blood. I am worried about this all.. I had two miscarriages also with a gap of 3 months. Kindly help me.
