Persistent Bitter/Sour Taste in Mouth After Waking Up - #46540

Client_e17565

After waking up I get bitter/sour taste in mouth from a long time. I do use tongue scrapper every day after morning brush and floss every day before bedtime. Blood tests do not show any high/lows in liver/kidney functions. Kept gluten/dairy to minimal for last 3 months to reduce bloating,. It did reduce little but still it persists.

How long have you been experiencing the bitter/sour taste?:

- More than 6 months

Do you notice any specific foods or drinks that trigger this taste?:

- No specific triggers

How would you describe your overall digestive health?:

- Fair, frequent bloating

Thanks, this was so helpful! Your suggestion really put my mind at ease. I’m trying the steam inhalation & it’s already helping a bit!
