Hello, I have a gallstone(1cm) and acid reflux. Please advise me, as I have lots of stress, am a single child of old mom, caretaker for her and no family myself to support me. I am 54, postmenopausal, single. One dog.💕 Gastroscopy didn't find anything, after blood in my mouth. Thank you so much. From Germany
