How to Prevent Recurrence of Colon and Rectal Polyps? - #46677

Had been diagnosed with colon and rectal polyps 5 4 were benign and one precancerous iam 50 years old female had polypectomy 8 months back removed but in the future how do i stop them from coming back?right now have severe constipation have to push everyday morning and i feel like i have one polyp in the anal passage i live in USA iam not sure how to get ayurvedic herbs please help
