Aged 45 female no child birth But now urination frequently poring coout like river during cough sneeze

How long have you been experiencing frequent urination?:

- More than 6 months

Do you feel any discomfort or pain while urinating?:

- Mild discomfort

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

Do pelvic floor exercises ( kegels)
Pass out urine when urge comes.
Not hold urine too long
It happens mostly due to weak pelvic floor muscles.
Also occurs in UTI conditions, overweight.
Keep the body in BMI.
If there is any discomfort like burning or pain during passing urine, frequent urge, bad smell urine etc - this may be due to UTI.
Then take
1. Brihatyadi kashaya 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food ( 2 weeks )
2. Chandraprabha vati 1-0-1 after food
3. Gokshuradi choorna 1/2 spoon with warm water once after food.
