Seeking Relief from Upper Stomach Discomfort - #46751

Good evening Dr. I m taking ayurvedic medicines past 3 years for gastric issues. Now from before I feel better. BeforeI use to stomach cramps, bloating etc. but I Now get this sometimes I have changed my lifestyle i daily do meditation nd avoid outside food. But my only concern is sometimes in my upper stomachI feel discomfort not pain but little burn. Please help me with something which I can take to make it cool instead nd I don't feel discomfort. Medicines i take on daily basis Praval panchamrit sadha, mahayograj guggul , jestamadh do I have to include anything else. PLEASE HELP.
