Chronic Bloating and Digestive Discomfort - #46859

I have been experiencing chronic bloating and a constant feeling of fullness in my stomach for the past few months.Even after eating small quantities of food, my stomach feels heavy and uncomfortable.There is a heat sensation near the stomach area.I sometimes experience severe menstrual pain (primary dysmenorrhea and pms.I have sleep disturbance — when I go to sleep around midnight, I wake up around 4 a.m. and cannot fall asleep again easily.please give me proper diet and medicine

Hello, Along with medicines your issues may need permanent diet-lifestyle changes along with medications. Medications: 1. Vayu Gulika 2-----2-----2 with cumin tea for 45 days. 2. Hingvashtaka churnam(pentacare) 1 tsp mixed with ghee and first morsel of food during breakfast,lunch and dinner for 30 days. 3. Manomitram(AVN) 1----0----1 after breakfats and after dinner with water for 90 days.

Diet: 1. Be mindful while eating; chew your food properly. 2. Avoid dairy for a month. 3. Avoid raw food completely. 4. Please give a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed.

Lifestyle: 1. Please incorporate yogasana-pranayama, to be practiced for an hour daily
