Struggling with Long-term Urinary Infections and Back Pain - #46882

I have had urinary infections from cold and maybe psychosomatic for over 9 months now also combined with vaginal problems, I am 50, I haven't had my period for 2 months. Also I have very strong back pain and pain on my chest, doctors haven't found anything, but sometimes I start coughing dry and cannot sing, I was a professional singer.My back pain - top, middle and bottom is really strong and makes me tired.
