Best Order for Ghee and Lemon Juice for Bloating - #46887

I am an eighty year old man and have a bloating prblm especially in the evening should I have the tsp of ghee first and then have the lemon juice in warm water or is it the other way round, first have the lemon juice in warm water and then have the tea spoon of pure ghee, I have Gowardhan pure ghee, please let me know, thanks
