Walk atleast 15 minutes after every meal. Do abdominal exercises - pavanamuktasana, planks, situps, cobra pose etc. Drink enough water - 1.5 - 2 L everyday. Drink warm water sip after meal. Include green vegetables, fruits, raw bananas in diet.
1. Triphala choorna 1/2 tsp at night with some ghee.
If the problem is not solving with these tips 1. Avipathy choornam 1 tsp at morning in empty somach - it may results in purgative action in some people with this dose. If loose motion occurs then drink only rice cooked water for half of day and slighly increase the food quantity.
2. Hinguvachadi choornam 1/2 tsp before every meal.
If the constipation issues resolved stop the medicine. Otherwise take it for 1 week and follow up
