Dealing with Frequent Bathroom Urges and Tenesmus - #47137

I am having frequent urges to go to the bathroom but all the times i go only a little stool or pee comes but the urge to go is there even though nothing is there to come, i also have loose motion so i have medicine for my loose motion but i dont know what to do with this tenesmus issue
