Concerns About Testicular Pain and Lumps - #47171
"I had pain in my testis, so I got an ultrasound done. My first ultrasound impression: minimal free fluid seen in both vaginalis tunica. Multiple oval-shaped nonnecrotic bilateral inguinal lymph nodes noted. After 3 months, I got a second ultrasound done, and the impression was: right scrotal wall edema noted. Minimal free fluid seen in right vaginalis tunica. Everything seems okay, but whenever I touch my testis, I feel like there's a lump or cyst-like mass on the lower side. Why isn't it showing up on the ultrasound, and what could it be?" 😊
