Frequent Urination and Anxiety Concerns - #47362

My age is 31 ,Iam suffering from frequent urination (20-25 times in 24 hr from last 2 yr )bladder not completely emptying , urgency , urine flow is not good ( ruk ruk kar urine ata hai),I have no sugar,my prostate size is ok ,no urine infection ,Iam suffering from depression /anxiety since childhood please guide me
