She has a history of pelvic radiation therapy, following which she has developed severe radiation cystitis. At present, her bladder is extremely fragile and inflamed, with recurrent bleeding, pus in urine, and very poor urine-holding capacity. The bleeding episodes are frequent and distressing, and her overall quality of life has been significantly affected. We are currently following all prescribed medical treatments and investigations.
