I am feeling just really overwhelmed lately. I’ve been having all these weird symptoms like fatigue, headaches, and some digestion problems. A friend mentioned that it could be because of toxins in my body but honestly, I'm not exactly sure what that means. Like, for real, what are toxins? I started thinking back to my diet, and I've been eating a lot of processed foods and I'm always on the go, grabbing whatever’s easy and to go. I did this detox cleanse last month, thought it might help, but nothing seemed to change. After a few days, I just ended up more confused than before. I thought I was ridding myself of toxins, you know? I don’t know if I need to change my whole lifestyle or if there's a simple way to flush out these toxins? Are there specific foods or things I should be doing? And is it even possible to rid my body of toxins effectively? This whole "toxin" thing seems so complicated and I just want to feel normal again! Any insight or advice would mean a lot.
