I am really confused about how to incorporate neeri syrup into my routine. A couple of weeks ago, I started feeling really sluggish and had these frequent headaches which just wouldn’t go away. I read about neeri syrup and how it can be good for energy and detox, so I thought maybe I should give it a shot. I got a bottle but now I’m stuck on the whole "neeri syrup how to drink" part. Like, do I take it with water? Or should I have it straight? And how much is too much, y’know? I just want to make sure I’m doing it right. I tried taking it with warm water yesterday because I read that somewhere, but in the back of my mind, I keep second-guessing if that was the right choice. Also, I’ve seen some posts mentioning taking neeri syrup at certain times of the day – does that really matter? My friend said to take it before meals, but then I got worried if it interacts weirdly with food or something. Feeling kinda overwhelmed with all this info!
