Heard Agnitundj vati helps in detoxifying the body. It helps in managing bad breath caused due toxins. I am 49 year old have controlled high blood pressure with medicine. I am heavy weight with very high BMI. Just wanted to know if it’s ok to take this medicine and also on dosage
