Bar-bar “detox” ya pet saaf karna zaroori nahi hota. Sharir apne aap daily bowel movement se hi natural detox karta hai. Baar-baar medicines ya powders lene se aadat pad sakti hai aur natural bowel weak ho sakta hai. Agar 4 din lene ke baad aaj 3–4 baar motion hua hai, to yeh normal reaction ho sakta hai. Thodi halki takleef ya loose motion ho sakta hai, lekin zyada zor, pain ya weakness nahi honi chahiye. Ab aap detox ko repeat mat karein. Regular routine banana zyada important hai. Jab purana kabz (constipation) nikalta hai, toh shuruat mein 3-4 baar dast (loose motions) jaisa mehsoos hona normal hai. 2. Ab kya karein? (Guidance) Dawai kam karein: Ab Pet Saffa rozana na lein.
