Baalon ke gird jaane ka kaaran kai tarah se ho sakta hai, aur Ayurveda ismein madadgar ho sakta hai. Sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki aapka dosha kya hai – Vata, Pitta ya Kapha. Dusri cheez, yaad rakhein ki aapke jeevan mein tension ya stress ko kam karein, kyuki yeh bhi balon ke girne ka karan ho sakta hai. Pranayam ya yogasan, jaise ki shavaasan aur susasn, aapke shariirmeyn stress kam karne mein madadgar ho sakte hain.
