नमस्ते इब्राहिम यहाँ मैं बाल झड़ने और डैंड्रफ की समस्या का सामना कर रहा हूँ, मैं 16 साल का लड़का हूँ। जब मैं 14 साल का था, तब डैंड्रफ शुरू हुआ और पिछले 1 साल से बाल झड़ रहे हैं, जब भी मैं कंघी करता हूँ या बाल धोता हूँ तो कई बाल गिर जाते हैं, और यहाँ तक कि मेरे शरीर के बाल भी तेजी से गिरने लगे हैं। मेरा आहार साधारण दाल और चावल, चिकन, अंडा और अन्य सब्जियाँ हैं।
