I am really confused about how to use indigo powder. I recently went on this ayurvedic cleanse and, oh man, my hair has been feeling so dry and lifeless – I think the products I've used are just too harsh. A friend recommended indigo powder for coloring and treating my hair, but I have no clue how to use indigo powder properly. I tried looking up stuff online, but most of it just left me more puzzled. I’m not sure if I need to mix it with something else or how long to let it sit on my hair. I did read somewhere that I should use it right after henna for some reason, but then there are other posts saying I shouldn’t mix them.
