मेरे बाल पतले हो रहे हैं, बाल झड़ रहे हैं और बढ़ना पूरी तरह से बंद हो गया है। साथ ही मेरी त्वचा पर ज्यादा पिगमेंटेशन, काले धब्बे, पिंपल्स, झुर्रियां, व्हाइटहेड्स हैं और त्वचा सूखी है।

Focus on a diet abundant in moisture-rich, cooling foods such as cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Minimze dehydrating substances such as caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods that aggravate Pitta and Vata.
