Ayurvedic remedies tend to work gradually and are aimed at targeting the roots of the problem rather than providing a quick fix. If the graying persists or worsens, it might be wise to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to explore other possible underlying causes or remedies tailored specifically to your constitution.

Additionally, focus on a balanced diet, rich in essential nutrients such as B vitamins, zinc, iron, and copper. Stay hydrated and manage stress levels through practices like yoga pr meditation, as holistic well-being plays a significant role in hair health.
