Ensure that she seeks medical attention for accurate diagnosis and treatment for both skin conditions and low hemoglobin levels; the latter could be serious if not addressed with due medical advice. Balanced iron supplementation after proper testing and consultation with a doctor is important, as self-practiced home remedies are supportive but should not replace medical intervention.
