Amla supports pancreatic function; it’s rich in Vitamin C. Consuming 1-2 spoons of Amla juice daily is recomended. Make sure it’s fresh or try to get high-quality powder.

Another effective combination is Guduchi (Giloy) and Jamun. Guduchi is an adaptogen and helps in revitalizing body functions. Combining around 500 mg to 1 gram of Guduchi powder with water daily is advisable. Jamun seeds are traditional diabetes management tools. Powdered seeds can be consumed, around half a teaspoon with water.

Moreover, incorporate Turmeric and Cinnamon in your diet, these can support insulin sensitivity. Ensure a careful diet low in processed carbohydrates and rich in fiber. Exercise also support glucose metabolism so even a gentle daily walk can be beneficial.

Before starting any new regimen, particularly with your age and condition, consulting with a healthcare provider is vital. Ayurveda is wonderful, but its best embraced under guidance to prevent any intereaction with your existing treatments or conditions. Always aim for a balanced approach, integrating herb and lifestyle changes carefully.
