Hi, In this condition Ayurveda can help with focusing on improving digestion, Ama pachan, Rakta shodhan, Allergy modulation, Gut healing Please Avoid following - Milk and dairy products Wheat / gluten if he is sensitive Soy & Packaged food Bakery products, baked items Fermented junk food Cold drinks Food colors and preservatives Start following medicine for 1 month to 45 days. 1) Sanshamani Vati - 1/2 Tab twice a day after food with water. 2) Haridra Khanda - 1/2 tbs twice a day empty stomach with warm water. 3) Yashtimadhu - 1/4 tsp twice a day after food with water or honey 4) Sitopaladi Churna - 1/4 tsp twice a day after food with honey or water. 5) Chyavanprash - 1/2 tbs daily morning.
