This mixture opens the airways and thins phlegm. ●Bay leaves and long pepper Take 1/2 teaspoon of bay leaf powder and 1/2 teaspoon of long pepper with honey. This clears the respiratory tract and loosens phlegm. ●Black Pepper and Honey 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon honey (If you have a sore throat, use ghee instead of honey) 2-3 times a day after meals. Black pepper helps break up phlegm, and honey helps expel it. ●Cloves and Honey One teaspoon of honey and a pinch of clove powder are useful for sore throats, congestion, and phlegm. ●Shitophaladi churn +talisadi churna+honey mix all and lick it 4 5 times a day.
Avoid dust and cold exposure. Use mask while travelling to prevent dust exposure. Avoid food like curd, banana, cucumber, sour, fried items, bakery products, refrigerated drinks. Take steam twice daily ( morning and night) with plain water. Take medicine for 15 days. If still not reduced kindly to chest Xray, Blood test- CBC, ESR, AEC.
