They’re like the power trio in Ayurveda for hair. They help strengthen hair follicles, reduce hair fall, and stimulate growth.

Bhringraj, for instance, has been noted in texts like Charaka Samhita for its rejuvenating properties. It balances the pitta dosha. When your hair thinning is due to excess heat or pitta, Bhringraj helps cool the scalp.

As for Amla, it’s packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. Both of these support healthier hair growth by improving blood circulation to the scalp, providing essential nourishment to the hair follicles - kinda like giving them their best shot at growing strong! Ashwagandha helps to reduce cortisol levels which can often cause hair loss if sky-high.
