I have hairfall problem my hair is getting thin my hair is getting short day by day i want volume in my hair and i want to stop hairfall i want strong shinny long frizz free shilky smooth and thick hair

Amla (Indian Gooseberry) + Brahmi + Bhringraj Powder – Take ½ tsp daily with warm water to nourish hair from within.
Ashwagandha -1/2 tsp with warm milk at night
Triphala (½ tsp at bedtime)
Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Juice or Powder –take with buttermilk or warm water.
Eat black sesame seeds + jaggery (1 tsp daily).
Drink fresh Amla juice or consume raw Amla daily.
Include ghee, soaked almonds, walnuts, dates, and coconut in your diet.
Avoid spicy, fermented, and processed foods, as they worsen Pitta.
Henna + Indigo Powder – Natural remedy for greying (if you want to darken the hair naturally).
Rinse hair with black tea or curry leaf water.

Starting with a simple dietary change is a good way to address this.
Focus on cooling foods, such as cucumbers, coriander, and meals rich in leafy greens. Avoid spicy, oily, and excessively salty foods as they can increase Pitta and exacerbate hair issues. Including amla in your diet, which is rich in vitamin C, is beneficial. You can either consume it as a fruit or as amla juice.
Scalp massage with oils is a must! Brahmi oil, Bhringraj oil, or coconut oil have cooling properties that can help. Gently massage your scalp at least three times a week, ideally before bed, to nourish the roots. Leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning.
An important aspect often overlooked is stress. High stress levels can worsen hair thinning. Incorporate daily practices like yoga or meditation to lower stress, benefiting both your mind and hair.
Shirodhara, a classic Ayurvedic treatment where warm oil is poured over the forehead, can be immensely helpful for stress, anxiety, and ofcourse, promoting hair health. However, consult with an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner before pursuing these treatments, especially to tailor them to your specific needs.
Keeping hydrated is equally important. Water helps in flushing out toxins from the body, which indirectly supports hair growth. Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water every day.
Lastly, ensure you get adequate sleep. The body's repair mechanisms, including hair growth, are most active during sleep. Try to maintain a regular sleep schedule, ideally retiring by 10 pm, syncing with natural circadian rhythms.
For lasting results, consistency is key. These changes won't produce an immediate miracle, but over time, as your body adapts and balances, you should notice improvements in hair volume and strength. If your hairfall is excessive or if these natural remedies don't seem to help, it may be prudent to consult with a dermatologist for additional causes.
