Ji mam ilaaz chiye iska mam
Aapke liye taja sabziyaan, phal, dalia, aur ghee, badam, aur khajoor jaisi cheezen upyogi ho sakti hain. Spicy, teekha, aur bahut tel ya masaledar aahar se parhez karein, kyunki yeh pitta ko badhate hain.
Thande doodh, chaach, aur kuch cooling herbs (jaise pudina) aapke sharir ki garmi ko kam karne mein sahayak ho sakte hain.
Baalo ke liye Bhringraj aur Amla ke tel ka istemal karna laabhdayak ho sakta hai.

Ab Ayurveda ke mutabiq, thode lifestyle aur diet changes try kar sakte hai ya. Khane me hara sabzi, nuts, seeds, aur whole grains add kariye, jo aapki energy aur nutritional needs pura karega. Pitta ko shaant karne ke liye thandi taseer wale foods jese ki cucumber, melon, aur usna (sattu, barleys) ka istemal kar sakte hain.
