Hey, Hair oiling is not to be done for whole day, u just have to take little oil and do a good scalp massage and and wash it within half an hour. Use oil like nilibhringadi oil or any good herbal hair oil Do nasya with shad bindu tailam 2 drops in each nostrils for four times in a day.

Sudden enviromental changes like shifting to a new city can definitely impact hair health, especially if the climate or water quality differs from what you're use to. Hairfall can be linked to stress, dietary changes, or even a change in your daily routine. But don’t worry, there are ways to address it through Ayurveda. First, let's balance your doshas. Stress and lifestyle changes can aggravate Vata dosha, leading to hairfall. Focus on nurturing and grounding practices. Begin by massaging your scalp with warm sesame oil or bhringraj oil (avoid keeping it on the whole day, just 1-2 hours before washing is fine). This can help to nourish hair follicles and relax the mind. If oil causes itchiness, try reducing application time or mixing it with aloe vera gel for a soothing effect. Maintain a Vata-pacifying diet, which includes warm, moist, and nourishing foods. Incorporate foods rich in healthy fats such as ghee, almonds, walnuts, and flaxseeds, which can support hair health. Hydrate well with warm water throughout the day, as dehydration can worsen hairfall. For hairwash, opt for herbal shampoos free from harsh chemicals. You can make a gentle wash at home using reetha (soap nuts), shikakai, and amla powder. Mix these with water to create a paste and use it to cleanse your scalp. Ensure you rinse thoroughly to avoid any residue. Hair regrowth may take some time but can improve as you manage stress and adjustments. Adopt a calming bedtime routine, like warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg or ashwagandha powder, which may help reduce stress. Be sure to take adequate sleep and include mindful practices such as yoga or meditation in your routine. If the hairfall persists or if there’s any patchiness, seeing a local Ayurvedic practitioner or medical professional is recommended. They may provide additional therapies tailored for your specific constitution and condition.
