Given the situation you’ve described, the recent hairfall, and frequent hair coloring might suggest an imbalance in your doshas, particularly Pitta dosha, which can contribute to hair issues when aggravated. Also, the long-term use of chemical coloring could have an impact. Let’s focus on a customized approach that could help restore balance and foster healthier hair growth.

First, consider incorporating a few important dietary changes. Increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, nuts, and seeds, especially flaxseeds and walnuts, as they provide essential fatty acids and vitamins beneficial for hair health. Amla (Indian gooseberry) consumed fresh or as a powder in your diet can support hair growth due to its high vitamin C content. Avoid spicy, sour, and fried foods, which can exacerbate pitta. Ensure adequate hydration by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily to maintain healthy scalp conditions.

In terms of lifestyle, regular head massaging can be beneficial. Use cooling oils like Brahmi or Bhringraj oil, gently massaging your scalp with fingertips to improve blood circulation and nourish hair follicles; 2-3 times a week is ideal. Also, practice yoga or meditation to manage stress levels, which can aggravate hairfall.

For practical therapeutic intervention, you may try herbal washes with natural ingredients. Mix hibiscus powder with water to form a gentle paste and use it as a natural cleanser for your scalp once a week. Additionally, a paste made of fenugreek seeds soaked overnight and ground to paste can be applied for 30 minutes and then rinsed off.

Hair coloration should if possible, be reduced in frequency oring to naturally derived dyes to minimize chemical exposure. If you notice rapid hair loss, consulting a dermatologist or integrating treatments advised by them is crucial. Balancing your approach by integrating Ayurvedic principles with professional guidance will offer a rounded path to regrowing and maintaining healthy hair.
