I am feeling kinda lost with my hair situation. So, I've always had pretty thin hair, but lately, it seems like it's dropping more than usual and I'm freaking out a bit. I heard about almond oil and how it can help with hair growth and thickness. My friend swears by it, but honestly, I have no idea how to use almond oil for hair growth and thickness. Like, do I just massage it in? How often should I use it? And are there any special tips to really get the best results? I've tried some other stuff before and just want to make sure I'm doing this right. Any advice would be super appreciated!
