was hilft mir-tulsiwasser oder wasser,essig und teebaumöl??? nach absetzen von benzolperoxid habe ich viele mitesser und ölige haut sowie akne,dazu rosacea,eigentlich esse ich gesund-,bin normalgewichtig,bewege mich viel,bin viel draußen,wie kann ich einfach aber effektiv meine haut verbessern ohne chemie?geht dass?

Bei Hautproblemen wie Akne, Rosacea, ölige Haut und Mitesser ist es wichtig, die Hautpflege auf natürliche Weise zu unterstützen und das Gleichgewicht der Doshas im Körper zu beachten. Tulsiwasser kann sehr vorteilhaft sein, da Tulsi entzündungshemmende und antimikrobielle Eigenschaften hat, die dazu beitragen können, die Haut zu beruhigen und Entzündungen zu reduzieren. Du kannst frische Tulsiblätter zu einem Tee kochen und diesen abgekühlten Tee als Gesichtswasser verwenden. Täglich anwenden, am besten morgens und abends nach der Reinigung.

Eine Mischung aus Wasser, Essig und Teebaumöl könnte potenziell hilfreich sein, jedoch kann Teebaumöl bei manchen Menschen Hautirritationen verursachen, insbesondere bei Rosacea. Daher wäre es ratsam, anfangs nur sehr geringe Mengen zu nutzen und die Haut zu beobachten. Essig, insbesondere Apfelessig, kann helfen, den pH-Wert der Haut auszugleichen, aber wiederholte Anwendungen könnten die Haut austrocknen, also sparsam einsetzen.

Wenn du Benzoylperoxid abgesetzt hast, lass deiner Haut etwas Zeit für die Umstellung auf natürliche Produkte. Ayurveda empfiehlt zudem eine Ernährung, die dein Pitta Dosha ins Gleichgewicht bringt, weil Überhitzung und Entzündungen oft mit zu vielen Pitta-Anteilen zusammenhängen. Kühle, milde und leicht verdauliche Nahrungsmittel wie frisch gekochtes Gemüse, süße Früchte wie Melonen und Birnen, sowie genug Wasser zur Hydratation können helfen.

Versuche auch tägliche Gesichtsreinigung mit sanften Produkten wie Kichererbsenmehl oder Haferflocken. Eine Gesichtsmaske aus Sandelholzpaste kann ebenfalls beruhigend wirken.

Stressreduktion ist ebenso wichtig, da Stress das Pitta erhöhen kann. Möglicherweise helfen dir Yoga und beruhigende Atemübungen, deine innere Balance und damit das Hautbild zu verbessern. Stelle sicher, dass du auch genügend Schlaf bekommst, da die Regeneration der Haut in der Ruhephase stattfindet. Bei Rosacea immer die Haut vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung schützen, vielleicht mit einem natürlichen Sonnenschutz.

Bei anhaltenden oder sich verschlimmernden Beschwerden wäre es sinnvoll, einen Ayurveda-Arzt zu konsultieren, um eine individuelle Behandlung zu planen und sicherzustellen, dass keine andere Behandlung erforderlich ist.
