I am really struggling with my hair lately. It’s gotten super thin and I heard bhringraj oil could help. A friend swears by it, saying it transformed her hair completely. She mentioned something about how to make bhringraj oil at home, and I started thinking I should give it a try too. But like, I have no idea where to start. I googled recipes, but there’s sooo much info out there and it’s kinda overwhelming! Some say you need fresh leaves, others mention dried ones. Do I have to prepare it differently? I mean, what if I can’t even find leaves? Ugh. Also, how long do I have to infuse it for? Is there a specific oil that works best? Like, coconut or sesame maybe? I keep stressing about whether I’m doing it right! Should I do a patch test before slathering it all over? I’d love some guidance on how to make bhringraj oil properly and if it actually works too!
