I am super worried about my hair lately. I started noticing grey strands appearing, and I’m only in my early thirties! I mean, is it possible to reverse premature grey hair? My mom had some greys in her late 40s but this feels too early for me. I try to eat healthy and take care of myself, but it’s like the greys keep popping up, and it’s stressing me out. I read online that stress could play a role or like, maybe nutritional deficiencies? I’ve been trying to load up on veggies and supplements, but I don’t know if that’s helping. Also, someone mentioned Ayurveda could have remedies for this. Like maybe specific herbs or oils, but honestly, I’m confused about where to start. The thought of having grey hair at my age makes me feel a bit helpless. Is there any proven Ayurvedic remedies or lifestyle changes that could help? Is it even possible to reverse premature grey hair or am I just fighting a lost cause here? Any advice would help a lot!
