Aapke lips par jo pigmented spots visible ho rahe hain aur jo spread ho rahe hain, is situation ka deeper examination zaroori hai. Yeh condition kisi underlying health issue ya imbalance ka sanket ho sakti hai. Majorly, Ayurveda mein jo skin aur pigmentation issues hote hain unhe Rakta Dhatu aur Pitta dosha ke imbalance ke saath jod kar dekha jaata hai.

High fever ke baad se symptoms worsen hui hain toh iska matlab hai ki shayad aapka agni (digestive/metabolic fire) disordered hai, jo doshon ki imbalance ko aur increase kar raha hai. Aapko kuch steps lene chahiye:

1. Cooling Herbs: Apne diet mein aise ingredients shamil karein jo apne prachin Granths mein cooling mana jaata hai, jaise ki neem, giloy, ya kumari (aloe vera). Neem ka paste lip par halkay se lagao aur 20-30 minutes ke baad dhool. Din mein ek baar repeat karo.

2. Diet: Pitta ko balance karne wala diet follow karen: avoid spicy, oily, or extremely sour foods. Khichdi, dal, aur ghiya jaise light, healthy foods khayein jo aapke liver ko detoxify kar sake.

3. Hydration: Adhik paani peena aur herbal teas jise chamomile ya saunf tea ka use balay.

4. Nadis (Energy Channels): Ayurveda mein marma therapy ya subtle pressure application ki jaati hai. Is therapy se NADIS saaf hoti hain. Shayad aap skilled Ayurvedic therapist se contact karein is option ko explore karne ke liye.

Agar situation improve nahin hoti ya aur alarm hoti hai, toh specialist ko dikhana zaroori hai, especially dermatology mein koi issues rule out karne ke liye.

Pitta dosha ka aksar rakt aur tvacha samasya se sambandh hota hai, jise ma,kne nushruta samahita mein vicharchit kiya gaya hai.

Sabse pehle, apne dincharya aur lifestyle par dhyaan dein. Pitta dosha ko shant karne ke liye, apko thanda aur shaanti dene wale kriyayen karni chahiye. Din ki shuruaat nasht hone bina sheetal jal ke glass se karein. Aloe vera ya dhania ke patte ka paste banakar lip par lagana labhkari ho sakta hai. Isse din me do baar prayog karein advide ke keval ratri me.

apne ahar me pitta shamak padarth jodein jese sabjiyon ka patla soep, dhania, shital dravya jese ki sabza beej ka pani, aur aamla ras. Teekha, garam aur bhari bhojan se bachne ka prayaas karein.

Sath hi, yoga aur dhyaan ka samay nirdharan karein jo tanav aur gharmi ko kam karke pitta ko niyantrit kar sakta hai. Sheetli pranayama jaise vyayama sudarshan dena wale ho sakte hain.

Yadi in upay se koi sudhar na ho ya spot or badhte hain, toh yeh paramavashyak hoga ki aap kisi visheshagya doctor ya dermatologist ko dikhayein, kyuki ye kisi any condition ka sanket bhi ho sakta hai. Jaanch ke bina samasya ko drishtiandha karke dekhna theek nahi hoga. Purn swasthya par dhyan dena jaroori hai aur kalpana aur prateeksh nahin karteen.

Dr. Kumar Manglam Arya
I am working as an Ayurvedic doctor since 2 yrs now, and honestly the more I work with patients, the more I realise how vast Ayurveda actually is—like it’s not just herbs n oils, it’s a whole mindset shift too. What I try to do daily is bring the traditional knowledge into actual usable treatment plans that ppl today can follow without feeling overwhelmed. Because yeah, modern life is fast, messy, complicated—and Ayurveda has to adapt, not stay frozen in texts. My focus is always to go beyond the symptom, like okay you’ve got acidity or hairfall or anxiety... but why? where is it sitting in the body? That’s where I do prakriti-vikriti analysis, diet breakdowns, gut evaluations—some ppl don’t even know their sleep patterns are messing up their hormones till we sit and talk it out. I don’t just push medicine. I explain why your food matters, why your bowel timings affect your skin, or how skipping breakfast can worsen PCOD. I keep it simple but sharp. Patients feel heard I think, coz I don’t rush. Even for lifestyle disorders like diabties, thyroid, IBS or stress burnouts—I try combining classical herbs with practical daily changes that they can actually do. And yeah, I constantly update myself—reading, workshops, CME’s, sometimes even just asking senior docs. Ayurveda is ancient, sure—but if you don’t bring it into present day logic, what’s the point right? Every person I treat kinda teaches me something new. No case is “small”, whether it's hairfall or constipation or sleep trouble... each one needs its own lens. I believe in being honest, open, and okay to say “I don’t know yet” till I study more. That’s how I grow, that’s how I care.

I am Dr Anurag Sharma, done with BAMS and also PGDHCM from IMS BHU, which honestly shaped a lot of how I approach things now in clinic. Working as a physician and also as an anorectal surgeon, I’ve got around 2 to 3 years of solid experience—tho like, every day still teaches me something new. I mainly focus on anorectal care (like piles, fissure, fistula stuff), plus I work with chronic pain cases too. Pain management is something I feel really invested in—seeing someone walk in barely managing and then leave with actual relief, that hits different. I’m not really the fancy talk type, but I try to keep my patients super informed, not just hand out meds n move on. Each case needs a bit of thinking—some need Ksharasutra or minor para surgical stuff, while others are just lifestyle tweaks and herbal meds. I like mixing the Ayurved principles with modern insights when I can, coz both sides got value really. It’s like—knowing when to go gentle and when to be precise. Right now I’m working hard on getting even better with surgical skills, but also want to help people get to me before surgery's the only option. Had few complicated cases where patience n consistency paid off—no shortcuts but yeah, worth it. The whole point for me is to actually listen first, like proper listen. People talk about symptoms but also say what they feel—and that helps in understanding more than any lab report sometimes. I just want to stay grounded in my work, and keep growing while doing what I can to make someone's pain bit less every day.

I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with over 28 years of clinical experience dedicated to the principles and practice of authentic Ayurvedic medicine. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of treating more than 100,000 patients through both in-person consultations and online platforms. My approach is deeply rooted in classical Ayurvedic diagnostics—such as Nadi Pariksha (pulse examination), Roga-Rogi Pariksha (patient and disease evaluation), and a personalized assessment of prakriti (body constitution). Over the years, I have successfully managed a wide range of health conditions across all age groups—from acute infections and digestive issues to chronic and lifestyle disorders such as arthritis, diabetes, respiratory ailments, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune conditions. I place strong emphasis on individualized care, combining herbal formulations, Panchakarma detox therapies, and dietary and lifestyle guidance to ensure long-term healing and disease prevention. My extensive experience also includes addressing complex, chronic illnesses that require a deep understanding of both the pathology and the patient’s overall constitution. I have worked with patients who had previously struggled with little success in other systems of medicine, and have guided many toward sustainable recovery and improved quality of life. Whether treating elderly patients with degenerative disorders or young adults facing hormonal or metabolic challenges, I strive to offer care that is compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-informed. My goal is to empower patients with Ayurvedic wisdom so they can take an active role in their healing journey. I continue to remain updated with the evolving landscape of integrative health and value the importance of patient education, ethical practice, and consistent follow-up. For me, Ayurveda is not just a profession, but a lifelong commitment to restoring balance and promoting well-being, one patient at a time.

Dr. Ayushya Kumar Singh
I am someone who got into Ayurveda not just for treating diseases but cuz I always felt drawn to understanding why things go out of balance in the first place. My work’s rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—I’ve spent years studying them, not just memorizing shlokas but really figuring out what they mean in today’s context. At the same time, I also use modern diagnostic stuff where needed, just to get a fuller picture. Pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) is something I rely on a lot—it’s not easy to master but with practice, it kinda tells you what the body’s hiding, even before symptoms scream out loud. I focus mostly on chronic issues… like gut problems, fatigue, hormonal mess, skin disorders, and stress stuff that just doesn’t go away with tablets. I use herbal formulations (mostly customized), Panchakarma when needed—not in a one-size way but actually based on the person’s Prakriti and Vikriti. I also spend a good chunk of time explaining things to patients. Like why you should eat this in winter, or skip curd at night or not mix fruits with milk—little stuff people think doesn’t matter, but actually does in Ayurveda. Over time, I’ve realized people don’t just want relief, they want to understand how their body works again. That’s kinda where I feel most useful. I help patients reconnect with natural rhythms, daily routines, sleep cycles, digestion, seasons—all of it. And ya, it’s slow sometimes. But once things shift internally, you see it show up on the outside too. That’s what keeps me going honestly. Whether it’s stress or sluggish metabolism or just someone feeling “not right” without knowing why—I try to listen deep, go to the root n create a treatment path that’s realistic and sustainable. Not just ideal on paper. Healing, for me, is something we do together, not something I just hand over. I want people to feel heard n understood… and to believe their bodies can heal, with the right support. That’s what Ayurveda is to me—real, ancient, and still totally alive.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I’m Dr. Maitri, a second-year MD scholar specializing in Dravyaguna (Ayurvedic Pharmacology), with a strong foundation in classical Ayurvedic herbs and their therapeutic applications. I currently run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli, where I have been practicing for the past two years, offering personalized treatment plans rooted in the principles of Ayurveda. My clinical focus includes the management of PCOD, skin and hair disorders, and joint-related conditions such as arthritis, stiffness, and back pain. By integrating my academic training with hands-on experience, I strive to provide treatments that are both effective and sustainable. I place a strong emphasis on understanding each patient’s prakriti (individual constitution) and tailor therapies using medicinal herbs, dietary corrections (ahara), and lifestyle guidance (vihara) to restore balance and long-term health. Having a background in Dravyaguna allows me to apply the power of plant-based medicine with precision. I deeply study the rasa, guna, virya, vipaka, and prabhava of each herb before selecting them for my formulations. This ensures that my prescriptions are not just symptomatic but deeply curative, targeting the root causes of disease. In my practice, I have seen encouraging results in cases of hormonal imbalance, acne, pigmentation, premature hair fall, and chronic joint pain. I also guide patients through seasonal detox plans and rejuvenation therapies to enhance vitality and prevent recurrence of illness. I am passionate about making Ayurveda understandable and practical for today’s lifestyle. Whether it’s managing modern-day metabolic issues or offering natural beauty solutions, my goal is to empower patients with holistic tools for long-term well-being. As I continue my postgraduate journey, I remain committed to deepening my knowledge in medicinal plants and applying that wisdom to help patients heal naturally and completely.

Dr. Khushboo
I am someone who kinda started out in both worlds—Ayurveda and allopathy—and that mix really shaped how I see health today. My clinical journey began with 6 months of hands-on allopathic exposure at District Hospital Sitapur. Honestly, that place was intense. Fast-paced, high patient flow, constant cases of chronic and acute illnesses coming through. That taught me a lot about how to see disease. Not just treat it, but like… notice the patterns, get better at real-time diagnosis, really listen to what the patient isn’t saying out loud sometimes. It gave me this sharper sense of clinical grounding which I think still stays with me. Then I moved more deeply into Ayurveda and spent another 6 months diving into clinical training focused on Panchakarma therapies. Stuff like Abhyanga, Basti, Shirodhara—learned those not just as a list of techniques, but how and when to use 'em, especially for detox and deep healing. Every case felt like a different puzzle. There wasn’t always one right answer, you know? And that’s where I found I loved adapting protocols based on what the person actually needed, not just what the textbook says. Alongside that, I got certified in Garbha Sanskar through structured training. That really pulled me closer to maternal health. Pregnancy support through Ayurveda isn’t just about herbs or massage, it’s like this entire way of guiding a mother-to-be toward nourishing the baby right from conception—emotionally, physically, all of it. That part stuck with me hard. My overall approach? It’s kinda fluid. I believe in balancing natural therapies and evidence-based thinking. Whether it's seasonal imbalance, hormonal issues, Panchakarma detox plans, or just guiding someone on long-term wellness—I like making people feel safe, heard, and actually understood. I’m not into rushing plans or masking symptoms. I’d rather work together with someone to build something sustainable that really suits their body and where they’re at. In a way, I’m still learning every day. But my focus stays the same—use Ayurvedic wisdom practically, compassionately, and in a way that just... makes sense in real life.
