I am feeling really stuck right now and need some advice about Sitaram Manjishtadi Kashyam Tablets. Last month, I started having these persistent skin issues – rashes and a lot of itching, mostly around my arms and neck. I went to a dermatologist, and they just gave me some creams, but nothing seems to work long term. A friend suggested I try these Sitaram Manjishtadi Kashyam Tablets after hearing about them from someone else. Apparently, they’re supposed to help with skin problems by detoxifying or something?? So, I looked into them and thought about giving them a shot, but then I got all confused. Like, do I take them immediately or after meals? And how long before I actually see a difference?
