I am really worried about my hair health lately. I noticed tons of hair falling out, like way more than usual. It's kinda scary! I read somewhere that Dabur Amla Juice is supposed to be good for hair? My friend swears by it, says it helped with their hair growth and shine. But I just don’t know if it’ll work for me. Plus, I've tried a bunch of supplements already and nothing seems to help. Sometimes I wonder if it's just my genetics or something. Like, my mom had thinner hair later in life, and I'm scared of going bald or something. I've had this imbalance with my dhatus, or whatever they call it in Ayurveda, pulling me down lately too—like digestive problems and those things. Could it all be connected? I started sipping on Dabur Amla Juice a few days ago, and it tastes kinda weird! But I’m willing to try anything. I read on some blog that it might also boost energy and help digestive issues, which I could really use. Is it true that consuming Dabur Amla Juice might balance everything out?
