I am struggling with this awful tan I got from spending way too much time at the beach last month. Honestly, I thought sunscreen would be enough, but clearly not! Now, my arms, legs, and even my face are a few shades darker, and it just doesn't match my usual skin tone at all. I really hate the way it looks, especially when I wear clothing that shows off my arms or face! I've tried scrubs and some of those over-the-counter creams but nothing seems to work effectively. I've been reading about natural remedies, and I really want to know how to remove tan using Ayurvedic methods. I heard things like using yogurt, turmeric, and lemon can help? Do those actually work? Should I be cautious about mixing those, or like, is there a specific method that provides the best results? Also, while I'm at it, is there anything I should avoid during this process? I mean, I don’t want to make it worse or end up irritating my skin, especially since I have slightly sensitive skin already. Any advice on how to remove tan quickly but safely would be super helpful!
