I've heard about some Ayurvedic remedies, and I’m curious to know how to increase volume of hair in a natural way. Like, I read somewhere that certain oils or herbal treatments can help, but I feel overwhelmed by all the options. Some of my friends swear by fenugreek, but I have no idea how to use it. Do I just soak it and blend it? Or should I make a paste? And what about bhringraj or amla? I’m worried about making my hair greasier instead of boosting the volume, you know?
