I am really struggling with this hair fall issue lately, and it’s driving me crazy. Like, one day everything seemed fine and then I noticed clumps of hair on my brush, like, every time I brushed my hair! It’s mostly from the front and like the sides, which just makes me worry that I might end up bald or something. I’ve tried a few shampoos and oils but nothing seems to help. Even my friends are like, “What happened to you?!” and I just feel super self-conscious. The weirdest part is that I have no other symptoms, no itching or redness – just this crazy hair fall. I went to a doctor and they just said it might be stress, but I’m not sure that's the whole picture? I mean, like, why hair fall can be happening? Is it just stress or is there maybe some imbalance in my body I don't know about? I read a bit about using Ayurvedic remedies but not sure where to start. Do you guys think there's something specific I can try to help with this? Also, why hair fall at this stage, when I’m relatively young? Would love some insights or suggestions, like what herbs or dietary changes help — anything at all would be great! Thanks!
