I am a bit worried about these dark circles under my eyes. Like, they’ve become pretty noticeable lately. I used to be one of those fortunate people who didn't have much of a problem with them, but after a few months of late nights, work stress, and way too much screen time, they’re just there, staring back at me, ugh. I even tried sleeping more, like getting at least 7-8 hours, but nope, it didn’t really help. I even drank more water, thinking it's dehydration or something, but still, those dark circles just won't disappear! I read about some natural remedies, like using cucumber or tea bags, but honestly, I don't have much time to be doing all that. Are there any Ayurvedic tips that actually work to how to prevent dark circles without turning my life upside down? I mean, can simple lifestyle changes make a difference? Or do I need to dive into herbs, oils or something intense?? I’m just feeling frustrated, you know? Also, can my diet be affecting this? Like, the last couple of weeks I've been munching on junk food with zero veggies. I don’t want to keep looking tired and drained all the time. Any help is appreciated!
