I am really struggling with this issue and need some help. My hair has been super frizzy and dull lately, like, no shine at all! I've heard about how to use apple cider vinegar for hair, but I just don't know where to start. A friend mentioned that it helps with the pH balance and can make hair look healthier, but honestly, I’m kinda lost. I tried using it once diluted with water and my hair smelled so strong afterward!!! Also, I think I didn’t rinse it out well enough, and it felt sticky?! 😩 Now I'm confused about how to use apple cider vinegar for hair properly. Should I do it pre-wash? Or post-wash? And like, what ratio of vinegar to water is good for that? Also, some articles say to do it every wash, and others say once a week—what gives? My scalp tends to get oily quickly, so sometimes I'm not even sure if it's a good idea to add anything acidic. I just want my hair to be shiny and less frizzy, is that too much to ask? 😅 I’d appreciate any tips or experiences you guys have on how to use apple cider vinegar for hair, thanks!
