can we apply lemon on hair - #36197
I am really struggling with some dullness in my hair recently. Feels like it’s lost all life! I’ve tried multiple shampoos, and nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned using lemon, saying “can we apply lemon on hair?" and that’s got me curious. I mean, I’ve heard that lemon juice can be good for many things, and it’s supposed to help with dandruff too. Last week I decided to give it a shot. I mixed lemon juice with a bit of coconut oil and, wow, the smell was something else. But honestly, I wasn’t sure if I should leave it in for long or wash it out quickly. Kinda freaked out about the acidity ruining my hair or making it all dry. Afterwards though, my hair felt a bit shiny, but also kinda sticky? Is that how it’s supposed to be? Plus, can we even apply lemon on hair more often, or does it do more damage than good? And if yes, how should I be using it more effectively? Do I need to mix it with something else or limit the frequency? Just got sooo many questions! Hoping for some expert advice on this!
