I am really desperate for some advice!! I’ve been dealing with thinning hair for the last year or so, and nothing seems to help. I tried a bunch of different shampoos and even some fancy oils, but still no luck. Recently, I heard about kalonji, and I am curious is kalonji good for hair? A friend mentioned that it could help with hair growth and even make it stronger. I started researching about kalonji and found that it is supposed to be packed with nutrients? But I’m not sure how to use it. Like, do I need to apply kalonji oil directly on my scalp? Or can I mix it with other oils? I feel lost and a bit overwhelmed with all the info out there. My scalp gets oily pretty fast too, which adds to my worries—I don’t want to add more oiliness! Also, is kalonji safe for everyone? I have super sensitive skin and worry that trying something new might make my scalp break out or irritate it. Any experiences or tips from you guys on how to use kalonji or if it really works would be sooo appreciated. I just want my hair to be healthy again—fingers crossed!
