I am really struggling with my hair lately, like, it feels so weak and falls out way too easily! A few weeks ago, I noticed strands all over my shirt and even in the shower drain. My friends keep saying it’s just stress, but I feel like it’s more than that. I went to the doctor, got some blood tests done, and they said everything looks fine. Still, I can't shake this feeling that if I don’t do something soon, I’ll be bald! I’ve tried a bunch of shampoos and conditioners, thinking they would help, but honestly, they only seem to make it worse. Every time I brush my hair, I’m just left with a clump of it in the brush, and that’s really freaky!! I started looking into Ayurveda because I heard natural remedies can be powerful. I want to know how to make hair strong from roots. Are there specific oils or herbs that could help? I want something that will actually work instead of just being another waste of money!
