is aloe vera good for hair growth - #36777
I am dealing with some really frustrating hair issues lately! Just two months ago, my hair was looking great, but now it feels so thin and brittle. I’ve tried different shampoos and even some pricey treatments from the salon, but honestly, nothing seems to help. A friend mentioned that is aloe vera good for hair growth? I was like, really? Aloe? I vaguely remember hearing about it but had no idea it could actually help! I mean, I've seen those fancy aloe plants in stores, but I never thought I could use it that way. Anyway, I’ve been looking online, and it seems like a lot of people swear by aloe vera for hair growth. But what’s the right way to use it? Do I just apply the gel directly to my scalp? And how often do I need to do this to see some results? Also, how long till I should expect to see a difference? I guess I’m just feeling a bit defeated and really want to get my hair back to its previous glory. Any tips or experiences that can help me figure this out? Is aloe vera really good for hair growth, or is it just another one of those trends? Thanks in advance!
